- Applies to new bookings only, made by 28 February 2027.
- A booking constitutes a signed contract provided for eligible conference & event bookings at participating QT Hotels & Resorts, Rydges Hotels & Resorts, Atura Hotels & Resorts or Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts.
- To be eligible, the conference or event must actualise and not be cancelled, for any reason, as per the signed contract.
- If the event is cancelled, all rewards will be removed.
- Your reward selection is subject to availability and minimum spends apply.
- If attendee numbers change after contracting, the reward will be calculated based on the final total spend (including GST, excluding AV, parking & theming) in the amended contract.
- The offer is non exchangeable for cash or redemption in any other form.
- Offer is only available at participating venues.
- Bookings made via third party event organisers attract additional terms & conditions – please speak with your event organiser.
- Third party costs (such as AV & theming) do not contribute towards total event spend.
- Reward must be selected at the time of booking confirmation.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Rewards are not payable or redeemable until the event has concluded.
- The delivery of the value add is at the expense of Rydges Hotels & Resorts, QT Hotels & Resorts, Atura Hotels & Resorts and Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts.
- We retain the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
- Gift cards will be provided in the currency of redemption (either $AU or $NZ). Booker to provide their preference country for redemption.

An EVT Stays account must be nominated for EVT Stays Points to be loaded onto. Member ID and email address associated with the EVT Stays account must be supplied as part of the event booking. If a Member account does not exist, an account can be created for free by the client via www.evtstays.com.

Once event has been held, points will be credited to the Member account within 60 days from the conclusion date.

Points redemption will be in accordance with EVT Stays redemption policy and terms and conditions.
